Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Please call our customer service department at 1-888-654-BIND for a Return Authorization number.

When returning items to PBS:

  • Items must be new, unopened, and include all original packing materials.
  • Include a copy of the invoice and the reason for return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  • The Return Authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the box.
  • Please ship via insured ground service with a tracking number.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless there was an error on our part. Then the shipping fees are on us! No refunds on special orders.Once we receive and approve your return, we will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

 

Shipping Policy

PBS ships via UPS, Fedex or Courier Services. We will bill third-party UPS accounts.

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and are included in your order total. Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against possible theft or damage while in transit.

PBS ships only within the United States. We deliver to any business address. We do not ship to Post Office boxes.

Once orders are placed, you can track your package via the tracking number provided to PBS by UPS or Fedex. This information is available in your shipping email and in the My Account section of our website. Please note, you must have an account set up prior to your order to place an order and access the tracking number.

 

General Online Ordering


What is Online Ordering?

Online ordering is a convenient way for customers who have an account with us to order their products quickly and easily. If you do not have an Account with PresentationBindingSolutions.com please go to “Become a Customer” and complete our online application. You will receive a “Welcome to Presentation Binding Solutions New Customer “ email providing you with an assigned Customer Account Number and instruction on how to set up your online web ordering account.

How do I place an order online?

As a Customer Accountholder, if you are logged in, you may order using our quick online ordering system designed for your specific account. When you are finished adding products to your Shopping Cart, you may submit it to PBS by clicking on the 'Check Out' button in the Shopping Cart.

If you are not logged in, see 'How do I receive a user name and password to order online?' for instructions on how to begin online ordering.

Help! I'm logged in and I don't have pricing!

An item in your shopping cart that says 'Get Quote' simply means that your custom quick ordering form for online ordering does not have a price in our system. Simply call your PBS Sales representative giving the Item # that does not have pricing and it can be added to the system. You may also process the order and the item(s) without pricing and it will be assigned pricing when the order is received by PBS.

If you have any concerns, just add a quick note in the Comments field of the order.

What happens when I submit comments with my web order? Any comments will be addressed before actual shipment of products.

What is a Sales Order # ?

The Sales Order # is the order number assigned to your Shopping Cart order. Once your order has been completely processed by our system, it will be assigned a Sales Order # (i.e. SO123456).  An email notification will also be forwarded to you when the Sales Order # has been assigned.

I am not receiving emails confirming receipt of my web order.

Once your order has been completely processed by our system it will be assigned a Sales Order #  (i.e. SO123456). SHOPPING CART


What happens to the items in my Shopping Cart if I get logged out?

If you are logged out of PresentationBindingSolutions.com for any reason, all your items will be in your Shopping Cart  the next time you log back in.

I am logged in but some of the items in my Shopping Cart say 'GetQuote' instead of listing a price.

Account Order History & Package Tracking

Can I view Order History for both web and non-web orders?

Yes, if you are set up for online ordering. By going to Order History and Tracking under  My Account(after you have logged in successfully) you can view order details from Open Orders and  Posted Invoices for both web and non-web orders. Orders will be grouped by the User ID (Username) of the person who placed the order and by 'non-web' for all orders not placed through PresentationBindingSolutions.com.

I placed my order on PresentationBindingSolutions.com but it does not show up under Order History as a 'web' order.

In an emergency situation when the timeliness of a web order is in jeopardy due to web issues,  we will remove the order from the web queue and process it manually to expedite the delivery of the order.  If you have any concerns about an issue like this, please contact the Customer Service Department or your PBS Sales representative.

Can I get the shipment tracking info for my orders?

Yes, if you are set up for online ordering. In fact, by going to Order History and Tracking under  My Account (after you have logged in successfully)  you can view order details from Open Orders and Posted Invoices and then click on the button 'Shipping Details' to see the contents of each package. You will also be able to link right to the shipping service's web site for further package tracking if it was shipped by either UPS or FedEx.

 

Billing & Shipping Addresses for Online Ordering


How do I edit the address/contact info under My Account.

Editing the contact info under My Account > Edit Profile only changes the contact information of the web user (the person placing the orders, etc.) and not the billing/shipping addresses.  Any new shipping locations or edits to current shipping locations must be completed as well under the Section identified Shipping/Billing information.  Once updated, it will be viewable immediately online by reloading or refreshing the page you are currently on.

My shipping locations have been updated but I still cannot see this reflected when I am trying to complete an order.

Username & Password for Online Ordering


How do I receive a user name and password to order online?

I can't remember my username and password. What should I do?

Contact the Customer Services Department by email at [email protected] or by telephone at 1-888-654-BIND (2463) for help in retrieving your username and password.  If possible, have your PBS account # available.

 

General Web-Site Questions


What are the minimum browser requirements to view the site?

PresentationBindingSolutions.com supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and above and Firefox 3.0 and above. Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled in order for the site to operate functionally. For product manuals, Adobe® Reader® should be installed on your computer.
